NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY within 14 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.
Please contact us upon sending the item back, to confirm your exchange. The Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, in the condition they were received. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Luella Cole for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Luella Cole for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected]. You will receive an email from [email protected] when your order has been confirmed.

All orders are shipped USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USA UPS worldwide express.
