I love to talk shop about Tarantino movies and why I consider Kill Bill his magnum opus. Clarence from Wonder Showzen is undefeated. Sifl & Olly is still a great show. I wonder how much it'll be to change the transmission to automatic in a Lamborghini. I don't know anything about the engine, I just love the design. The Wu-Tang W might be the most iconic symbol in rap music. Late Registration is my favorite Kanye album, though he gave some of his best straight rap performances on Yeezus. Walter White is really a villian, he's not a good guy. It's rare, but there were a few times Larry was right on Curb Your Enthusiasm. I don't read a lot of books, but The Alchemist is my favorite. Brian De Palma has some great movies. He has definitely inspired my own filmmaking. I'm writing this while listening to Westside Gunn's Peace "Fly" God. Listening to West introduced me to mach-hommy, who I am now a super fan of.
These are the things I like talking about. These are the things I'm into. I remember I was going to quit doing Luella Cole, but I love to see the creative ideas, cool design work and the amazing community of people brands like The Hundreds, PYREX Vision, Kid Super, Fashion Geek, The Award Tour, Hidden NY, DopeBoyMagic/DontBeMad, RSVP Gallery, etc. have built around their unique cultural world view. I have a point of view coming up on the SouthSide of Chicago that I haven't seen...
...enter Luella Cole Chicago. This is my outlet to create things as well as celebrate the things that have inspired me to create. Walk with me.πΆπ½βοΈπΆπ½βοΈπΆπ½βοΈ
